It has a repainted Colnago fork it looks like from here if the club is well shaped. It has Colnago graphics. Might be.

More photos are needed to be sure it is a Colnago, right now it is an orange bike with a Colnago fork on it.

Not from the 70's. Top tube brake cable routing is non standard, possibly modified when the bike was repainted. At least the fork is not.
The shot selection is not that great. The head lugs are not typical, the seat stay tops are not typical.
No bottom bracket underside "money shot"
I am not excited at the cutout on the lower head lug.
If this is a potential purchase, I would pass unless it fit, rode well and was a terrific deal.

It also looks like the top tube has been sanded, cannot tell the component mix, looks to be Tektro brakes which are nice mid range. Really does not appear to be a 400 bike, at least not to me with whats been presented.

The seller has really gone out of his way to NOT photograph the parts of the bike that would positively identify it as a Colnago, which tells me that it's not a Colnago. Add to that the very un-Colnagoish seat stay cluster, the poorly drilled top tube, the repaint and the cheap stickers, I'd say you should keep looking, no matter how cheap this bike is.
