Hello all , I was wondering if you all could tell me when this bike was made and if it had any value ? thanks for your time .

I have rebuilt a number of "Sprites" in the last couple of years. Most were manufactured in Canada (R in serial#) or England (N in serial#). They were all different than this one. None had 27 in the decal and the fork had a different crown. What appears in the pics as cottered cranks places it 77 or older. I'm going to guess early 70,s pre 1975?
