F. Moser -what's it worth-

I'm very interested in this lovely frame but don't know the value of it. What year is this from? do you think it has an odd head tube badge design for a classic frame? how much would you pay for it? do the rear dropouts need/should have adjustment bolts? what's the tubing?
the seller's info specs
BB: Italian threaded
Seatpost diameter: 27.2mm
Rear Spacing: 130mm
Campagnolo dropout
Weight of the frame: 1900 grams
Weight of the fork: 610 grams

Looks like steel to me, now what steel is any ones guess. I believe Moser used a lot of Oria tubing so unless someone has a huge Moser database you may never know.

The headbadge does look odd but I don't know what a Moser headbadge looks like. There are adjusters in the dropouts just real short ones.

Thanks @Biancigirll
Do you think a 1900grams of frame weight (without fork) can be considered lightweight for a classic frame?
