Rudge age?
I found a Rudge Whitworth on my local CL. Looks to be in good/fair condition. It's a 3 speed, has the rear rack, and over-all seems all there. It does not have the correct handle bar handles though.
Some pics to see if it can be dated. I have contacted the seller to see if they would look for the year number on the SA hub.
