Please identify this frame
I am in the UK, and I am guessing this is an old cheap BSA frame or similar (see attached).
I am a beginner to all this; I know that the lug work looks basic, so I have not found my fortune by purchasing this thing!! The parts may all be a mismatch. On the underside of the bottom bracket is stamped 461, and 6378 is stamped on one of the drop outs. The rear frame looks like it has been pinned on, at the top.
Please identify the maker of this frame/bike.
Any guesses re. the age of the bike would be appreciated.
Front brake is a Weinmann Vanqueur 999.
Many thanks.
