From the darkest corner of my shop

OK, so I know what this is, but I thought maybe it would be fun to make a bit of a challenge and reveal it tantalizingly slowly, and see who is first able to ID this thing. Once that is out of the way I'll throw up whatever pictures are left, and see what all y'all think I can do with this beast.

Come on folks, step right up. This might possibly be the ONLY example of this in North America. One additional shot at this garners another photographic hint.

Man, I used to think I knew hubs pretty well but those are throwing me. I have looked at every hub on velospace and done a few random google searches and have come up with squat.

The only other thing I can get from the pictures is that the stay and fork tubing are probably Reynolds.

Why is this in the appraisal forum?

Ah-ha!

And that garners another hint:

Why is this in the appraisal forum?
Well, because I'm curious as to what I can do with this, and establishing some idea of its value will help. I just figured it might be fun to see if anyone can figure out what it is before I show it in all its glory. Maybe I'll come up with a prize, like a pair of Detto shoes, LOL!

Good one. Right up there with Puttersparken! I don't have such a photo, at least at the moment, so I offer:
