This Gary Fisher Mtn bike is on CL in my area for $70. It isn't too far away, looks to be in good shape and is my size. Is it worth it???
Thanks for the reply!!

It could be worth a look, you can bring down the price by pointing out the rear brake missing and maybe grips, seat need replacement. Bring tools to check if the seat post is not playing nice.

Definitely worth $70! The old Gary Fishers are cool bikes but generally not worth a ton of money. U-brake under the chainstay indicates late 1980s, as does the bizarre color scheme.

I agree for $70 I would go check it out.
UMM Is this a funky color/scheme or tape added by a PO? Either way I think it is worth looking at.

I'm thinking the orange is some sort of reflective tape or other similar strangeness. I'll go check it out this weekend if I can sell it to the better looking half. Thanks for all the replies. I thought it looked promising but wanted confirmation before pulling the trigger.
