Hetchins
So, I have this in my sights...pretty cool looking. Don't know much about English bikes although this one has over the top lug work. I know it's a newer model and I did check to make sure it's legit..which it is. I think Bob Jackson was doing these for the company, or at least this was made around that time or a bit later. Looks like it has mainly chorus stuff with a bit of c record and super record. What is a good price for this. I was thinking around two thousand?

Your initial valuation guess is a good one, depending of course on condition. Recently sold curly stay Hetchins have gone from $1900-2800 on the Bay. Bare frames north of $1600.

Beautiful. I agree 2K may be a good price this. I sold my frame/fork for that back in Dec.

Try Hetchins.org. No prices but a rather large collection. The Atalia? might have been their only non "over the top" display of lugs. Chris
