if it were fully overhauled with new tape, it would probably fetch $500 in a big market. it has a columbus decal atop the seat tube.
if i liked bianchis like this i'd wonder about the paint on the fork and elsewhere. how many times has it fallen over at rest against the wall with the cat clawing at the bar tape?

If it had Campy parts perhaps, IMO. And, "It also has frame mounted shifters which are a little weird ".
