Motobecane Bicycle

I am interested in buying this bicycle but I wanted some more information on it. Does anyone have any info on it? I looked around but could not really find much on this model. How old and how much is it worth?

Any help is appreciated,

Thank you

I remember looking at a similar bike not too long ago. I don't know much about it though. Somebody in here will pitch in.

First of all, most likely a 60cm frame, for 6'1" or taller riders.

Probably a Nomade or Mirage, some came without a model name. Chrome rims, turkey wing brake levers, and stem mounted shifters, typical features of an entry level model. Most likely a high tensile steel frame and fork, and looks like cottered crank.

Bar tape is worn as is cable housing, indicating no recent comprehensive service.

FMV is $50-$75 IMHO.

Thank you for your input. I was thinking of buying it for 20 but it might not be worth it. Especially if it will need new tubes and maybe new tires. I am also not that tall haha.

I appreciate the help!
