What model is this Peugeot?

I've been looking for a Peugeot PX-10, PSN-10 or PGN-10 and have come across this one, The owner does not know what model it is. I know it's definitely not a PX-10 or PSN-10 or PGN-10. Would you please tell me what model base on the following information? Is it a good bike and how much is it worth in very good condition?

Frame: Reynolds 501 tubing, forged rear drop-outs, brazed-on double water bottle fittings, chain rest, Delrin cable guide, pump peg, BSA.
Fork: Reynolds 501 tubing, engraved crown, BSA.
Headset: Stronglight
Handlebar: CTA, alloy
Stem: CTA, alloy, aero
Brakes: Weinmann 405, alloy, side pull with racing levers
Chainwheel: Stronglight 200
Chain: Sachs
Freewheel: Helicomatic, 6 speed
Hubs: Maillard alloy sealed, front and rear
Rims: Mavic E alloy, 700c stainless steel spokes
Tires: CST clinchers 700x25c
Derailleurs: Huret New Success Front and Rear
Saddle: Vetta leather racing
Seatpost: Atax, alloy, micro adjust

The model name is in script on the top tube. I can't read it in the pics, though. Looks to be a middle of the road bike, though; certainly not of the same quality as a 531 framed bike.

Figure $300 to $500 for a keeper. For Flipping $150 to $300. Good luck, it's a real nice Peugeot!

Possibly an '85 PGN 10M: https://www.re-cycle.com/images/Peuge...ch/1985_05.jpg

As to worth, in my area, $175-200, perhaps a bit more. I like the chrome fork. Reynolds 501 is a nice ride. Trek did a lot of their bikes in 501 back in the 80's.

OP, you know it's not a PGN-10 because why? Size looks like a 52 cm or so, for a rider up to 5'6".

+1 Bargainguy nailed the model, but not the value. Quill seat post rather than pinch bolt setup is the dead giveaway hint. I have one, great bike. In ready-to-ride condition, mid $300's in a coastal urban or research university market.

Yes, it is a PGN-10M.
But what M stands for?
