I'd estimate between $25 and $50 for the ladies' model in excellent condition. A men's model should be worth roughly twice as much. A drawback on these is the Shimano FF (Front Freewheel) system, which was never widely adopted. You can see the catalog page here: Schwinn 1980 Bicycles And Accessories -- Collegiate Sport

In central PA I see them listed on CL from about $50 on up. The key word is listed as I see the same bikes week after week, apparently unsold. They are heavy and usually sport chrome wheels that make braking iffy, especially in wet weather.
Rock solid and easy to work on, but if you are looking for a rider or investment, look elsewhere. You can usually pickup a much lighter World Sport with alloy wheels for about the same amount and end up with a much better ride.
If you like nostalgia (and live in flat country) then the choice becomes personal and you can't go wrong for $50 in excellent condition, but keep in mind the last one was made decades ago and will nead a complete tear down to replace that hardened grease.
PS You probably already know the 1750 on the headbadge translates to the 175 day of 1980.
