Possible vintage Schwinn? Need info
Hi all, I'm new here and was looking for some info on this bike I have and roughly how much it might be worth. Hopefully this is the right subforum to ask this!
It's a "Schwinn Frontier". I don't know much about bikes so I was hoping somebody could help me get some good info on this. I couldn't find any model number or serial number on it anywhere. It was made in Taiwan. I assume it's a 90's model. My dad says it might be worth a lot but we're not sure so we'd like some more knowledgeable people to take a look before we just sell it.
Everything on the bike seems to be in good condition other than the pedals are slightly cracked and the back brake is missing the rubber stopper thing.

It is definitely not "worth a lot," so give your dad my regrets! It's a pretty basic mountain bike. I'd say it's worth $50 or so? Just a guesstimate, I don't know too much about this kind of bike.

Looks like a 91 model. Regardless of year, it was an entry level model. It is not valuable.
You can google a 91 schwinn catalog to see if the components match.
Worth maybe $25? If you are looking to get rid of it, perhaps donating it to a bike collective would be best. You would get a tax deduction and theybwould get a bike to fix up and donate/sell.

Valuable is a relative term. Somebody in the OP's house has watched American Pickers. 
Big box store Schwinn worth $40-$50 tops.
