Wondering what this is worth. I have the fenders and the original mattress seat. Disregard the B17 in this pic because that is on another bike now. I might throw a nice, well worn B72 on it or a cherry B67.

The bike is all original except the new Schwalbe Delta Cruiser tires, the rear rack, and I took off the John Bull brake pads and replaced them with Kool Stops. I still have the John Bulls though.

I cleaned, greased, and re packed the headset. The bike has new brake cables and was recently lubed and inspected by my LBS. The bottom bracket is fine and I flushed out the SA hub and refilled it. I keep it and the spokes well oiled. The hub works great.

I gave this bike a do-over with Meguiar's ScratchX when I bought in and then polish. I keep it clean.

A bike show is coming up and I might stick the fenders back on and maybe flip the North Roads back over. I'm wondering what it's worth.

I picked up a cherry 1969 Robin Hood for $150 with all the original parts. Three speeds don't tend to go much and the Robin Hood was near the middle of the line up for Raleigh 3 speeds at the time. Still condition really matters and that gives a bump up to the valuation.

Thanks for the response. I snagged this one for $45 on Craigslist but it was not cherry. I have a lot of love in this bike but not money.

I paid near the top for what this bike was worth but I had some sentimental reasons for wanting one. Plus it looks as if it walked out of a store (even the original tires are in great shape).

Sounds like you scored to me. Price is secondary to me. Loving the bike is what matters.

I paid $160 for this 1971 Robin Hood at a bike swap and save for the saddle, it was original including the tires and bar tape. I have since put Schwalbe tires and a new honey B67 on it. I guess that means I have close to $500 in it. I'm not concerned, I love riding it and looking at it. I will be changing the 18T cog for a 22T in the near future. I have the only Robin Hood in town and it was the type of bike I yearned for as a kid. A "3speed Racer"!
