1996 Schwinn Moab.3 questions
I picked up a First Edition 1996 Moab.3 yesterday that looks like a really sweet little bike. (It has a little sticker on the frame celebrating 100 years of quality, 1895 to 1995).
Not the type of thing I usually look for but it had really nifty Araya wheels with slick road tires (which I removed for another bike before I took the pix) and the front suspension looks very much better quality than I expected to see on any 20 year old Schwinn. Except for a few scratches and lots of dust from long-time storage it appears to be in great shape. Peculiar eccentric chain stays... which I noticed right away. The right one has a dip but it looks original.
Anyway..... The bike is 20 years old....
If none of the kids want it, is likely that there is a rider who would appreciate this bike for what it was and want it more than a new Chinese Walmart bike ??

Is the question: will it sell on Craigslist if your children don't want it? I think yes. Wash it, take some outdoor photos and try $60-$80
