I just sold one that was nearly all original (including paint) and in very good cosmetic condition for $275.
In my opinion repainting detracts from value but not everyone will have that opinion.

Repainting does hurt the value. This is a quality frame with quality parts. The rust on the brakes are a bit troubling esp. if you see rust elsewhere on the bike. I'd value this right around $150-$200.

I would say about $150 these are nice bikes and can sell for $300-350 in excellent original condition. But this one has some issues, the not so great looking repaint, rust on a lot of components, no brake hoods and lower end 700c none original wheelset with cheapo tires causing the brakes not to properly reach the rims. Not big stuff but these little things can add up to $100+ if you sort them out yourself and $200+ if a shop does it.
