I wouldn't pay that for them. The 856 looks like it could be NOS or just never really used but that isn't always a good thing.
A 20yo bike is going to need an overhaul to refresh the grease in the bearings. The really tricky part is the suspension parts. I can't tell if this polymer or some sort of oil/air shock, either way buying replacement parts may be hard.

I note that the 756 is local pickup in Littleton, CO. As in no shipping. Something for those outside the Littleton area to consider.

What are you interested in them for? They're not really worth much if you're planning to ride modern single track with them.
