Help with appraisal for vintage Italian Maino road bike
Hello everyone, thanks in advance for reading all this and having a look at my bike. See my imgur link below, but please be warned the pictures are hi rez so careful on mobile. I explained the details in the imgur album but in case they don't appear I will also put the information I have been able to collect below. It seems to have a lot of the original parts with a mix of what must have been more modern replacements installed over time.

Maino Vintage Road BIke - Album on Imgur
22" lugged steel Maino frame, made it Italy, sort of a dark brown color
serial # P723738
Weinmann 610 and 750 Vanquer 999 center pull brakes with Weinmann turkey leg brake levers
t t t stem, unlabeled alloy drop bars with what may be original cloth bartape
steel rims laced to normandy hubs, front wheel has original Maino wing nuts
Campy downtube shifters and rear derailleur, Shimano-ish rear derailleur, unclear on which model line for both
'Reg Italy' cable guides for rear brake, as well as a neat spring loaded bottle cage
unlabeled chromed horizontal drop outs, chromed fork tips
cottered double crankset
Specialized saddle, modern full coverage fenders, kool stop pads, Tahae compe seat post
That's about all the specifics I could figure out for myself. It runs great, but I have no particular use for it. Thanks again, and hope you have a great weekend!!

Your Maino bicycle is one of the Cesare Rizzato (maker of Atala and Lygie) built ones and dates from 1972. Following the closure of Maino Rizzato acquired the rights to the name. Its frame is constructed with Agrati lugset "SPORT" Nr. 000.8050/U. The headset is Way-ASSAUTO.

Wow these threads were very informative, this community never ceases to amaze me in their knowledge!
I am still wondering what I should sell it for! It's too small for me and I'm not into Italian bikes anyway.

I would not get your hopes up on selling price...the most valuable piece I see is the REG cage. I would sell that separately...maybe about $40. The bike is maybe $100ish.

I concur with Juvela. Based on components and chromed blade and stay ends, the bicycle is roughly the equivalent of it's cousin, the Atala Gran Prix, which was a mid-range model, 3rd from the bottom of the line.
The prime deviation from the Gran Prix is the wheelset, with the Maino having steel rims laced to aluminum hubs with wingnuts, whereas the Gran Prix used aluminum rims laced to Campagnolo Nuovo Tipo hubs with quick release.
The tubeset is almost certainly Tullio, which was a lightweight, seamless, plain gauge, hi-tensile steel, proprietary to Rizzato. It is roughly the equivalent of the Falck tubing used on many mid-range Italian bicycles of the era. A seat post diameter of ~26.2mm would corroborate a Tullio tubeset. The OEM rear derailleur would have been a Campagnolo Valentino extra.
