30's campagnolo track hubs with wood rims
Anybody have an idea of what 1930's low flange Campagnolo track hubs, laced to wood rims, could be worth ? They appear to be in good condition. I am thinking of purchasing those wheels and the pictures I have would'nt be helpful. Thanks !

Campagnolo didn't make hubs until the late 50s, so your date is off by a bit. If the seller is claiming the 30s, they don't know much and I wouldn't believe a word they say. If you can, check the lock nut, it will have a date stamp.
That said, assuming everything is in fair to good condition, I'd think $150-$200 would be fair.

Thanks ! saw those on Ebay, just checked again and the seller even claims they are from the 20's . Based on your valuation they're definitely not a good deal , glad I asked first.

The rims could be from the 20s, meaning I would never ride on them, they are wall hangers. The hubs, if they are track hubs, could fetch up to $100.
If I were buying them, I'd have the seller cut the spokes. Shipping would be much less that way.
