Paramount
I think I've got a line on this bike, listed as a '78 Paramount, in pretty good condition. However, I know very little about Paramounts in general, and wonder if some of the experts around here would like to pitch in... What exactly am I looking at here? What would you value this bike at? Is it worth investing a bit of cash and time in to fix all the way up, etc etc? Maybe a flipper, maybe a keeper, I don't know yet...
Thanks!
Thanks!

Will take some better pics and a description of any deficiencies as far as how much to put into it.

Right, right, and it is a pretty bad picture, I haven't seen the bike in person yet. The seller is asking 150, which seems like it might be a pretty good deal what with the mania surrounding Paramounts, as long as nothing is cracked or overly deformed.

Are you driving to his house yet? Even if its bent its worth $150. We could tell stories all day long about members who post 'is this a good deal' and wait for multiple responses only to lose out on killer bikes because they waited too long.

Drive, drive, drive; buy, buy, buy!!! Condition really doesn't matter at that price.

Unfortunately, it seems as though it was just some d-bag posting an ad with a picture he found somewhere else on-line, not a genuine opportunity. I am greatly disappointed.
