Identify this Bianchi

Hey there,

I was just cruising my local Kijiji site and found this Bianchi. He says it is a 1990 Tour de Italia but I couldn't find much information on the model. Any ideas on the model/value? Thanks

Unfourtunately the other pics were blurry but apparently it has campy derailleurs and campy crankset with modolo brakes.

Possible columbus tubing?

It does look like it has the "Formula" tubing sticker of one type or another (Formula 2), which would indicate Columbus of some sort/mix.
