Well, having managed an LBS that sold CCM during this period certainly helps. Also, having this model in my current stable, doesn't hurt. Unfortunately, mine is a repaint.
Undoubtedly, the bicycle would sell for more in a large, upscale market like Montreal, particularly with all the post secondary schools. However, my point is that I cannot give you a reasonable estimate, as I only have passing familiarity with the Montreal market. It could be $100, maybe $200, I just don't know. Sorry.
As for the saddle, I'm pretty sure it's not a Brooks or even a Wright. I went back though some of my CCM parts catalogues of the era and it is simply decribed as a Deluxe Leather Racing Saddle. That's usually a pretty good indicator that it's not a major brand.
If you do obtain the bicycle, I can provide the exact year via the serial number, which is located on the left side of the seat tube, just above the bottom bracket shell.
