What year? Looks like late 1980s. Price is on the strong side. But there always is demand for Terry bikes. I don't think that fork and drive train are original.

carbon fork and RSX brifters may push it to mid '90s unless they are an upgrade/replacement. I agree the price might be a bit high but if you need a 19" 700c bike to ride loks good to me. I would not buy it as a flipper

I think those parts are replacements, but I do not know. Certainly RSX brifter would take it to at least mid 90s.

The graphics look a lot like the 1987 Terry Despatch I picked up recently.
