1991 paramount pdg3 in very rough shape
small frame with many paint chips but no real rust, flat tires, torn shredded bar tape. shimano rx100 group. basically looks like someone used it as a commuter for the last 10 years.

Without pictures, very rough shape = value at components only. And then the question is what kind of shape are the components? The cost of resurrecting the frame could equal its value when done, depending on how bad it is.
So do you need the components?
With some work, can the bike be turned into something nice?
