Miele racing bike

I've just aquired a Miele Cicli Doral racing Italian bike, it is in very good condition, six gears, hand painted Acrylic black, chromed fork and EXAGE Sport Shimano gears. Any idea of how old, or how good and how much is worth?

Thanx

Post some pics. Include closeups of the lugs and components.

I have owned a couple of Miele Dorals. Miele bicycles were well made Canadian bikes. Yours would be of mid level quality and will offer a fine ride. Value would come in between $100.00 and $250.00 depending on condition and size. Big bikes generally sell for less than average size one. And small bikes are sought after, often times fetching a bit more at sale time.

None of this is cast in stone. Your bicycle is worth what ever someone will pay for it. To get the best bang for your buck, clean the bike off carefully, remove any signs of rust from components (rubbing with a piece of aluminum foil works great) and make sure the bike is working, tires pressurized and ready to ride. Then offer it for sale.

Hope this is a help.
