I'm looking at picking up a 1988 50th Anniversary Paramount. As stated in the title, it does not have the highly regarded gold plated fork. It's in almost new condition. The guy is asking 300.00.
Should I grab it? I've always wanted to own a Paramount and am looking for some opinions!
Thank you!

If its in 8/10 condition and your size you may want to consider it. I've seen them go for $250-ish and up in 8/10 condition. 56cm and smaller frames are more in demand than larger ones.
