Hi, college student here.
First, is this a good bike?
Can I easily get it fixed at a bike shop (parts, maintenance, etc)?
Is the bike heavy?
Lastly, how much should I pay for it or is it worth 160? (I may ask for something lower)
Thanks for reading

Can I easily get it fixed at a bike shop (parts, maintenance, etc)? yes, I'm not a peugeot expert to say if this frame will have any french threading but assuming the bottom bracket and headset are in good shape they should last awhile with routine maintenance
Is the bike heavy? Its a steel frame, and probably not made of good steel either, and those rims look steel, so yes the bike will be really heavy.
Lastly, how much should I pay for it or is it worth 160? (I may ask for something lower) I wouldn't pay 160, its a cool bike in good shape but it looks lower end and the difference between steel and aluminum rims is a big one.
