12 speed bianchi

https://dallas.craigslist.org/ndf/bik/1958771650.html

Could you tell me if this bike is worth the $400?

I'm very very new to this kind of thing, I have done a lot of research and this is the kind of bike I'm aiming for. Also I read that this brand is quality brand, but I'd like to ask you as well since I have no experience thus far on the quality. I rode one at my Papas house, it was a blast.

this is in the ad
"I have bianchi 12 speed with orginal components. frame size is 58 cm and standover hight is 32 inchess.( from floor to the seat post) but you can adjust the seat according to your hight.Bike is in great condition and ride perfect. It has clip padels and also I am giving my shoes( size 45 shimano) and Giro helmet(l/xl) with the bike. I recently replaced italian hand made handlebar tape too. The front and back wheels are quick release and it is easy to transport. Both wheels are Araya 700 c. Also it has 2 bottle holders. The seat is orginal bianchi sella Itlaia. So if you are interested please let me know."

Thank you in advance,

It would need to be the more desirable Celeste color and have plenty of Campagnolo components to fetch that price.

Also has to be super clean and mechanically spot on with new or like new tires and cables. The sellers description of great condition and riding perfect does not make it so. Used shoes and a helmet would not make the deal any better IMO.
