Its bent. Funny a seller with that many bikes is trying to pass off damaged goods.

I just sold a Bridgestone 69cm entry level bike. Compared to what it should have sold for, I only got about half the value. It seems all the ACC B-ball players in the area already have bikes.

Around here, sellers seem to ask EXTRA for taller bikes. I get the idea that they think the local yalies are a tall bunch. I'll keep seeking my dream fit frame, though. I'm 6'$', but I have the longest shins ever and 37" arm shirts. And I like to ride stretched out.

Here's mine with an experimental load.

Smaller market, so it takes a long time to find a buyer. But all the potential buyers you find are searching high and wide for something to fit and willing to pay a fair price. So it doesn't really ought to affect the selling price on way or the other unless you're in a hurry to sell.

My latest acquisition/buildup, a 69cm Specialized Expedition frame:

I did not know Specialized made the Expedition in a 69cm frame. I think I found a new Holy Grail.
The only off the shelf tourer I have seen in that large a frame is a Univega Gran Turismo.
