Clean, foam bar cover, suicide brake levers, alloy 27" wheels, cotter-ed crank - heavy. You could find a better bike. In my high priced area I'd list/sell for about $130 and not be too upset with $100. If it fits and is for your own use I'd say no more than $120 - if you're in an expensive market. If not try $50 or $75. A lot depends on who is selling - did they list for a certain price?

Depends on the market, around here I'd say it'd go for $150.00 easy assuming it was tuned and greased.
BTW-Those alloy wheels are going to knock a lot off the weight of that bike, it still won't be a lightweight but that's not the end of the world.

In addition to the rims, they've also installed a new saddle with an aluminum micro-adjust post, new brake levers and new derailleurs. All would be upgrades over the original UE8 components in terms of weight or perforformance. Too bad they didn't upgrade the crankset. On the minus side, it's missing the OEM fenders, rack and lighting system. Price is not overly high, if you're living in a high priced market like Toronto, however it's the wrong time to sell. I suspect this may remain unsold, so I'd keep an eye on the bicycle and if it hasn't sold withion a month, make him a low ball offer.
