What a beauty! If I was buying, I might go as high as $150, I would try to sell for $400 cleaned up. There should be a date code on the hub.

There is no date code on the hub. I believe the consensus is that a no date hub is the first year of the AW, being 1936. I'm not an expert but some chimed in on the thread provided above.
I never would have guessed that a cleanup would more than double the price?

I don't know how much location may play into this, but I think that would sit for an awfully long time around here at $400 cleaned up. There was a beautiful bike, very similar to this, that languished at $250 when I first moved back to Illinois, about two years ago.
Go ahead and shoot for the higher price for all of it, but if you are forced to come down, you may be better served letting some of those extras(bag and tools) go separately to collectors. People around Chicago just won't pay it.
It is a beautiful bike and a shame that they do not draw the values of some other styles. Perhaps one day..

Decided to hold onto it for now. I'd rather keep it than let it go for the price of a couple of tennis shoes
