Looks newer than 70's judging by the decals, not that there's anything wrong with that.

like it is from that early 80's period when it was
getting harder and harder to tell how much of
the bike came from France and how much from
Asia (most of it i think.)
You're also getting into the period of less French
threading and more standard. Overall quality
on the more reasonably priced ones is improved
quite dramatically.
Looks probably pretty good for $200 but also
not dramatically high end in the lineup.
Nevertheless
the flossiest whip around!
much clue and will usually go for less.
