Late 80's early 90's Shimano Dura Ace 7 speed groupset and wheels

Looks to be in very good condition, includes everything except frame and fork, they want $275. Is this too high? Or is it hard to say without more info?

I think the 8-speed DA 7400 series stuff came out in like 1986, so 7 speed would be earlier...Uniglide, 126mm rear spacing, etc. Does it come with wheels?

Everything, including bottom bracket, headset, stem, seatpost? You mention wheels in your title. Wheels alone in great condition could be $150 or more. DA seatposts in excellent condition sometimes go for $100+, as do the stems. Pedals $75+, brakes calipers $50+, levers $25+, shifters $20+, headset $50+, bottom bracket $50+, cranks $50+, RD $30+, FD $25+. Sounds like a decent price to me.

I'm assuming 7 speed here, not 8 speed, in excellent condition.

Yeah it comes with wheels and they look to be in good condition as well.

Yeah it is a 7 speed, and I'm pretty sure its everything, including headset, stem and seatpost, though I couldn't say if the stem and seatpost were DA or not, I'll be sure to check when I go look at the parts again in a day or two.

And they guy selling it is a mechanic at a LBS, so it looks to be well taken care of.

Thanks for the info!

FWIW: My 1986 Waterford Paramount came with six speed Dura Ace.

Guess I need to double check when I get back to SC (I am in NC right now, Paramount is in SC).

No it didn't: 8-speed Dura Ace didn't come out until 1989.
Bike must be later, or have been built up later.

Yes, but only by about a year.
8-speed was '89, and STI was '90, though a few pros had it earlier on a trial basis.
