Value of 2003 lightly used Jamis Quest
I am thinking about purchasing a used 2003 Jamis Quest. I live in Boulder, CO - a huge biking community! Seller states the bike has only been ridden about 10 times since she received it as a bonus from her work. She is trying to sell it for $450. I am thinking it's current value is about $350. From the photos (not included) the bike looks in good shape. Any thoughts?

I don't think there is anything wrong with the $450 ask.
It depends on whether they need the money or want to be rid of the bike. |
I also don't think there's anything wrong with offering 350$. But I think 450$ is a reasonable asking price.

The Jamis Quest is a nice bike. I bought one for $260 (that was low), fixed it up, rode it, then sold it to a coworker for $400. If it's in good shape then $450 isn't out of line. If you can get it for $350 or $400, you'll have a better deal.
