With that one picture there is not a lot to go on here. It looks like it has down tube shifters so that is a good sign. Also, it has flat bars so those have been changed from OEM. With a celeste paint job it is worth a look at $250 in a hot bike market.

can you get better pics? it looks like the fork has a Formula tubing decal so the frame may be decent. I say if it fits and you ride it away take it. I can't quite tell if that is Celeste but the style of decals and the brazed on DT shifters point to a decent bike.

Thanks for the help. According to the owner, it is an 8 speed. Seems like the price may be too high since I would have to pay shipping. I would like to have a vintage Bianchi but it probably makes better sense to wait until the right one comes along close to where I live.
