Wolber Super Champion rims
My Specialized Expedition originally came with a pair of narrow Wolber eyeleted Super Champion rims. The crash which led to my acquiring the bike at a good price also destroyed the rear hub, so I don't think I'll reuse that rim.
Someone donated a used wheelset to my coop which has a nice pair of these rims laced to some nice-looking but generic Shimano hubs (they just have the shimano logo, but maybe they're something decent--was there a higher-grade shimano hub that just had the logo?). These rims are wider (they have 1-1/4 in tires on them), but I'm into that.
I'm not interested in the hubs, but maybe the rims. I've seen that there are different label colors, and I'm not sure what they signify. I think these were blue, but I do not remember.
I see NOS WSC rims on ebay right now with a BIN of $75. What would be a fair price to offer the coop for this wheelset?

Thanks for your reply! The ones on ebay are NOS, but the ones to which I have immediate access are used but in great condition, and they are built into wheels. Do you still think $75?
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
