I guess you are wanting to know what it is worth? Need way more information than that provided. At least what components are on it, for example. Downtube shifters and aero brake levers lead me to believe mid to late '80s.
Based upon what you've shown so far, I'd say $75.00. My eyes suck and I can't see the ding, but that immediately takes it down a couple of notches, at least in my book.

Really hard to tell from those pics, but the decal looks like one they were using from about '84-86,87. Many had Tange 2 frames and Shimano 600 components. But, I'd agree, I usually start looking elsewhere when I find out the frame has a dent and I think most people do. Which could be turned to your advantage. The dent probably doesn't effect the ride so you could make a low-ball offer and see what happens.

they were only asking $60 actually, and yeah what I posted is all the info they have on the listing. I'm in the market for an 'emergency/friend bike' to keep around again since selling my last one, so trying to find a steal under $100 in a way.
I can't see the ding either

if it meets your size requirements and you can ride it away. with little elbow grease you can always resell it for $100 if it does not meet your needs.
NO I am not condoning nor suggesting the OP flip this bike. I am just saying I do not believe he will be stuck with it if he finds he can not use it.

better run before somebody gets there first....
When I see a post like this I have to wonder what folks are waiting for? The alloy wheels are worth at least half of what being asked for a probably functioning bike. If I see quick releases; aero levers; alloy wheels; down tube shifters and no show stopping damage or neglect; I'm spending $60 without a doubt. I'll offer less of course; but I'm taking a bike like this home.

I found one on Tuesday night, a Bridgestone 300 listed for $50. In the 15 minutes it took me to drive there the seller was offered $100 on the phone. I wasn't going to match the offer. If it was an RB1 then.....
