Wilier Triestina Escape Competition

Hi. I came across yet another frame I'd like to buy; it is a Wilier Triestina Escape Competition in red white and yellow. However, the frame has been 'restored' so it's hard to tell what's original paint and what's not (if at all it is an original Wilier). He's asking $250 for it.

Below are some pics and I've included one (presumably authentic Wilier) which I found on the internet for comparison.

Does anyone here have any experience with Wilier bikes? The only identifying mark/stamp on the bike is under the bottom bracket where it says: "W-L" on the drive side and "020227" on the non-drive side.. The shape of the top tube is somewhat triangular with the wider part at the bottom and the down tube is also triangular.

Do you think this is authentic or should I move on to another frame? Thanks for your time.

Wilier is a good brand. Don't know what to tell you other than that
