Yet another Bianchi mystery

Greetings,
I am looking for assistance identifying a Bianchi frame. My brother and I purchased two very large road bike frames for a fixie/single speed project. The frame I purchased is an older silver Bianchi with a serial number of ls328714. Like many others I've seen on the web, I have had no luck making any sense of the number. I'm not looking to find a diamond in the ruff considering I paid $25. I just wanted something straight, highly paintable, and ready for upgrades. Any assistance in figuring out the year and model would be greatly appreciated.

...I'll take that as a no...ob. Get it? I'm the Noob? Anyway, goodbye old silver paint job, hello wire wheel. I will provide updates on the fixie/single speed thread. At least now I won't feel bad cutting off the cable guides and shifter mounts.

Hi Twister, I saw this last night but there just is not alot to go on. any idea what the BB shell threading or the seatpost diameter?

it couldbe just the pic but you should really check the fork.

other than the BIANCHI on the dropouts are they any other markings on the frame?

I suspect it may be something like an mid '80s Limited or a lowly Sport

Well, we attempted to measure the bottom bracket and the seat post. From what it looks like...and please keep in mind this is someone who knows very little about bicycle geometry. The inside diameter of the seat post is 25.96 mm. The outside diameter is 29.06 mm. The inside diameter of the bottom bracket is 34.6 mm and the outside is 39.8 mm. The fork seems good. I think it's just the angle of the camera. I wanted to make sure it wasn't anything of value to someone into older frames before I removed the cable stays and shifter mounts. Thanks for the reply.
