1992 specialized epic
Hi all,
I'm interested in this bike:
https://sfbay.craigslist.org/pen/bik/2544845620.html
Could you please tell me what are some things I should be aware of? How is the pricing?
Thanks a bunch.

The rumor on the steet is that early versions of this bike had a tendancy to separate at the glued joints? On searching internet you should be able to find more info on that issue, which I believe shys folks away from this particular bike/causes an overall lower resale value. This appears to be one from the era after this issue was addressed by the company-so I heard? I have the same bike-even the same color, w/600 and tube shifters and not so nice of wheel set-I paid $240 for mine 4 years ago-but the wheels and STIs add value to this bike. They are relatively light, ride nicely, but have a bit too much flex in the frame for my preference/weight.
