Professionals are all over the map, a lot depends on size (that looks like a 54), condition and components. Hard to side-by-side with other professional sales because the frames are so different from build to build. For example, mine has fully chromed seat stays and chain stays, chromed head lugs, but a chromed fork very similar to yours. The paint on mine was originally a single color, while yours is painted similarly to Corsa Extra's of that era.
It would be easier to give you an estimate if we had a better understanding of the components and maybe a couple of closeup shots. Without that, I'd say a range from $950 to $1200 strictly as ballpark.

Sweet bike. What's the condition on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best?

Ebay currently has zero current EM professional auctions going on, and one completed - a ~$700 frameset.

All parts are campagnolo chorus.
Some small scratches and on the bottom of the frame near the BB someone used some white paint to coverup up some bigger scratches i guess.
Not to bad. No dents. I was told this frame was actually raced by Teve Blad team. $700 huh.. wow, much more then i guessed,
but I bet that one was pristine. So you guys think ebay is the best place to sell?

If you are willing to ship internationally, then eBay will give you the best result.
You will need:
- an eBay account with good feedback
- much better pictures
- find out how much shipping costs to various places
- a good description
- a lot of time to answer all the questions
- a lot of time because of retracted bids, bidders not paying, ...
Furthermore, you will need to disassemble the bike, pack it really well, ship it, follow up.
eBay will take a piece of the money, then Paypal.
Just saying that the high price you can get on eBay comes at an effort, you shouldn't compare it with a local deal where you have the cash in hand.
Consider setting a reasonable starting price or reserve on eBay.
Where in Europe are you? Prices vary (Belgium= low, Scandinavia= high).
