Miyata 714.....did I do ok????
Just got a 1992 Miyata seven 14 frame, with components, minus the brakes. 90 bucks for it all. Frame is in incredible shape some minor scratches.....and some minor grime.....aluminum, with chromoly stays and forks....actually has lugwork on it....lol. Components look very good......might transfer them to another frame and put 105 stuff on this...not sure.
Just wanted to know if 90 bucks for this was an ok price. I am excited, and think it's a decent deal.....and I finally have a decent miyata in the stable!!!!......lol
And yea, the dropout adjustment screw is bent...see the photo....but that's an easy fix, so not concerned too much about that.

Constant tinkerer
It's not everyday you see a lugged aluminum bike. I'd say you did great. You could probably sell the wheelset alone for almost $90.

The wheelset I already had.....the 90 was just for the frame and the components pictured.....
And thanks so much for the replies!

Also, just an fyi...the main frame is aluminum, and the stays and fork are chromoly......best of both worlds, I guess......doh....guess I already said that.
