Trade Question Bianchi Alfana With Campagnola Avanti for Cannondale Shimano 600
I have the Cannondale, and offered it for trade. I was offered the Bianchi. Don't think it's that great of a trade, but am asking anyway. The Cannondale is way to big for me. Hence a possible trade.

I would not be surprised if you could sell that Bianchi for double what the Cannondale would go for.
The huge size of the Cannondale limits it's audience, and people go nuts for Campy Ergos, even the low end stuff.
It was probably a fluke, but I saw what was probably the same model (it had Avanti bits and orange color) go for $600 Buy It Now plus shipping on eBay.

Get the Bianchi. The deal offered is excellent, for the OP, in my opinion.

As far as size, big bikes always limit the audience. It's the nature of the beast. But the Cannondale was a great deal, is in great shape, and will find a home sooner or later.

I have to so go with the trade if the Bianchi is your size while a little older it is a better bike and would likely be worth more than the Canondale at sale.
