Depending on condition, that first bike (the Raleigh) will not last long.

The Schwinn is too big for you, so probably is the K2 REI bike. Bike size is a lot more complicated than just how tall you are. Google bike sizing and dial in your size, then pounce on a deal.

I think the Raleigh is not measured well. Be fun to see where they got 57 cm from.
The others I agree appear too big.

+1 Size looks bigger than listed. That is not unusual. I rarely see bike sizes measured correctly on C/L. Anymore, I just ignore the listed size, and judge by my eyes. Take a tape measure, and don't be surprised if the Raleigh is larger.

All the bikes appear larger than listed. The Shogun and Schwinn look to be at least 63cm. The Raleigh looks to be the smallest, but the REI bike is tough because of the sloping top tube.

I'd pass on the Schwinn regardless of size. Looks to me like a 1985 World Sport, it's definitely a low-end bike. I'd go for the Raleigh if it fits you, but it's also pushing 60cm.

Well, that is the other extreme for sure. If you want a single speed bike, then in my opinion, financially, the new internet models sold by Nashbar, Performance, Bikes Direct, and on and on, are the way to go. You can get them in any size, color, frame material, handlebar style, with modern 700c wheels, flip flop hub, new tires of course, etc. All for a fraction of what it takes to convert a vintage bike. Nashbar recently had a sale, free shipping on all bikes. You just missed it by two days.

The only thing missing is that the new ones do not have the "look" of the vintage bike.

Whatever you end up doing, step 1: Determine what size you need. Google is your friend, borrow a bike or two, etc.

Myself, I live in the mountains, and other for some minor training, a SS/FG just would not work for me. I need gears, lots of them.
