It should be gone already. Around here, that bike would last five minutes at that price, tops. Heck, even the crappy BSO's go pretty fast.
I picked up a very similar Triumph (but somewhat newer) at a thrift store for $12.50, paint and fenders were pristine. A little mechanical tuneup, and it was on to another home, at a price significantly higher than the one you mentioned.
Even if you do nothing, around here, you could snag it, and resell it as a project for $40 to $50.
Its really whether you want to take on a project or not. Here, for those 2 hours of work, you could probably make $100 plus profit (depends on any parts you might need).
