There was a suggestion to rename
'C&V Appraisals & Inquires' to 'What's it Worth: C&V Appraisals & Inquiries'
in the hope it would catch more threads that would be incorrectly posted in
the C&V general forum.
This was discussed by the moderators and admins and we felt it was a good idea.

If so, thank you. I'd rather go to a different forum when I'm in the mood to assist someone in figuring out what they've got, and keep C&V for our entertainingly long esoteric discussions.

I might be drawing too much from my own experiences, but I think a lot of people's first impressions of the forum are from this section...separating it away from the main C and V forum might be discouraging future members or contributors.

I need a forum named "Whats it?" I have what I believe is a pre-WWII Tandem and can't find anyone to ask about it.
