1939 Ladies Columbia Rambler
My feeling is that for a collect-and-keep $350-$380 is reasonable for this bike, but for restore-and-sell, there's no more room left at that price.
My auntie heard my 17yo likes to fix up old bikes and make a little date money off them and wants him to find her a bike. Since the seller seems to have done a bit of work already, there's not even that aspect of it.
Still, it's worth asking: What do you think?

If it were a men's bike it'd be a good deal in that condition. As a women's bike I'd expect to pay around $300 maybe. It seems to be missing the kickstand, and a proper kickstand from the same era is worth around $30-$50, so that may be a bargaining point.
