26" schwinn varsity fit

what height rider would a 70's vintage 26" schwinn varsity fit?

35" to 38" leg length, according to Schwinn.



The problem is that the top tube on a 26" Varsity frame is going to be pretty long, so if you've got long legs and a short torso, you'll feel very stretched out if you're less than about 6' 2". A 26" frame is 66cm.
