faggin 12 speed
Hi Everyone, I have a faggin I bought with campy hubs, suntour superbe rear derailleur, front derailleur, shifters and cranks. cheap dia compe brakes and a tange head set , because I needed the campy SR one for another project. I am wondering what a fair price is? I would like to sell it faster than slower. Thanks, John

Thats a very nice bike to not make the grade on your keeper fleet. It is certainly nicer than several of my keepers.
What tubing is the frame made out of? And where are you located? Higher end bikes are a tough sale around here, almost every buyer is looking for a cheap ride, and they do not appreciate higher end components. This is great as a buyer, not so great as a seller.

Please don't confuse ebay "asking" prices with "selling" prices. Many sellers never get their ask price. some are far from it. Value is determined once an item actually SELLS. Its easy enough to check SOLD prices.

Is the tubing Tretubi? I bought a similar Faggin 4 years ago for $250 and Flipped it for $375. Mine had a mix of Suntour Superbe and Sprint. It had the same white turbo seat which I sold separately for $60. You might want to consider doing the same.
Agree that it's a nice bike to let go. Mine was a great rider, just a bit too small.

I would honestly part it out on eBay. I don't even bother selling high end stuff on CL because you get the tire kickers and other riff raffs CL usually brings.

I also think this is a part out if you want to sell. The Turbo is worth money, and so are most of the other parts. But to sell it whole the mismatch of parts is really going to be a turn off for a lot of buyers. Who knows, you could get as much for the frameset on ebay as you would for the whole bike on craigslist depending on your area.
