Value of this vintage Fuji?
What do you guys think is the value of this bike? It needs tubes and tires.
Anything wrong with it besides the aforementioned?

$20
There is no information on which to base an appraisal. Was this repainted? Do you have any idea of what model it used to be? Were any parts cut/ground off the frame to make it a hipster singlespeed?
Just looking at the pic I see only one possibly functioning brake with a cable that is way too short, a cheap saddle, a paint job that may be a from a can of Rustoleum, and BNX pedals, and a mismatched fork. If the hubs and wheels are in good shape $20 seems reasonable.

^Agree with these. Buy it for $20. Disassemble carefully. Clean and polish all of the components. Flush and lubricate the freewheel. Polish the crankset, stem, handlebar and brake levers. Sell all of the parts on eBay separately (freewheel, handlebar, stem, brake parts, crankset). Clean, adjust, and true the wheels - selling them on Craigslist as a set. Sell the frame for $15 on Craigslist. Total value may be $100 net to you after. Look for a complete bike to buy with the $100. That'd be my plan of attack. PG

I can't tell much from the photo .. hardly anything. But, I see what appears to be chrome where it's not painted blue? I also see the lack of braze on top tube cable guides and center pull brakes. Those, along with the seat tube/seat stay lug design it could possibly be an early Fuji Finest. If it were, the value could rise ever so slightly. More photos are needed.

It depends on your market. Freewheels go routinely for $10-$15 on eBay, especially SunTours in very clean condition. Bars $10, stem $15. Wheelset could go for $45 to the right local buyer if it's in true, working condition. That's been my experience...
